Frondoso was built from the ground floor – literally. It started with the best nursery. Then, with shovels, sweat, and dedication, our company grew by word of mouth, slowly at first, and later, with a portfolio of luxury, resort, and infrastructure projects, we established a solid reputation for expertise, commitment, and performance. We put our money where our mouth is and strive daily to build on our reputation, making our customers successful.

In 2012, they moved their business to Cabo to serve a need in the market, raising the bar on service and quality. Supply Chain Management – No Surprises

Even with a full complement of personnel, work can stop if the needed supplies aren’t on site. Planning for and anticipating worse-case scenarios requires supply chain management – where we don’t rely on third parties to deliver the necessary supplies. Frondoso has its own nursery, strategically located warehouses, a fleet of 18-wheel trucks, and direct relationships with vendors to ensure access to critical materials. Just one more way Frondoso controls the project and schedule. Our goal: NO SURPRISES

With decades of experience and hundreds of projects completed, Frondoso understood that we needed to build an in-house team by recruiting people with the same passion for work and pride in their craft. Frondoso has a team of 1000 employees, building a best-in-class attitude and vision. Every vertical discipline, from tradesmen, craftsmen, and artisans, to designers, planners, sourcing and supply managers, as well as our dedicated site managers and office support team, all come together to control the project in-house from beginning to end and all points between.

At Frondoso, we provide employee transportation to ensure prompt arrival to our job sites. It takes carpooling and environmental awareness to a whole new level, as our buses bearing the Frondoso name roll through Cabo. Administration and Bidding

Our process begins with the client interview enabling us to understand our vision, concerns, and goals. This is a comprehensive and iterative process to ensure that you are part of the build team from beginning to end. We can provide design or work with your plans as we conduct a feasibility analysis, site plan, budget plan and quote. Our extensive experience obtaining necessary permits and inspection approvals keeps things running smooth, on time, and on budget.

Teams Deployed

Once a project is in the “build” phase, our army of skilled employees are scheduled and deployed to your worksite, building your home your project in a synchronized and orchestrated way. It is a sight to behold when you witness teams of experienced craftsmen and artisans breathe life into the project – transforming it from a paper drawing into a visual reality.

Progress Reports

TThroughout your project, you will receive on-site and personal attention from our team, always keeping communication, quality craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction as our goal and promise. Our itemized timeline reports keep you informed at each phase of the project life cycle and are extremely useful to gauge progress at a glance. We provide photos at each stage of the process bringing you to the site as your project unfolds. The Frondoso Team continuously monitors timelines, budgets, workmanship, and scheduled milestones and maintains communication with you throughout the life of the project and beyond. With our updates, you’ll be notified of any items that need attention and our recommendation toward a solution.

Independent Audit of Work

Every detail of our work is scrutinized at all project phases, beginning with the bid phase, to assure a smooth and efficient custom home build. Frondoso retains an independent inspector to examine our work at each critical stage of the project and provide another set of eyes, ensuring that the highest standards are met.

Final Walk-Through

Our final walk-through, whether indoors or out, is thorough and meticulous. From the smallest of landscape projects to completed custom homes or large-scale infrastructure projects, we provide a checklist of items to be reviewed to help make sure everything is carefully inspected and meets our clients’ expectations.
